Accessibility statement
Weekfuel should work well for everyone. Here's what we do and where there are still gaps.
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Conformance status
This website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the harmonized standard EN 301 549. Based on our own review it is largely conformant. No external audit has been carried out.
What we've implemented
- Sufficient color contrast in light and dark mode
- Full keyboard operation, visible focus and a “skip to content” link
- Clear heading structure, landmarks and breadcrumbs
- Alt text for all images, labels and units for all form fields
- Calculator results are announced to screen readers automatically
- Text can be zoomed to 200%, and the layout works from 320 px wide
- Animations are reduced if you have “reduce motion” enabled
- All content is readable without JavaScript
Known limitations
- App screenshots are images. We describe what they show in the alt text and the surrounding text.
- Some linked external sources (studies) are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
