In short

Weekfuel is an iPhone app for counting calories by the week instead of by the day. You get a weekly budget, log food by AI photo or search, steps come from Apple Health, and your weight trend shows real progress. The app is currently free and needs no account.

About the weekly approach

How much weight can I lose per week?

For most people 0.25 to 0.75 kg (0.5 to 1.5 lb) per week is realistic and sustainable. Try the calorie deficit calculator.
